Project Description;

In implementing the Drug Testing Program, we will provide your company or agency with certified collectors. The number of collectors assigned to your company or agency will depend largely on the number of clients your company or agency needs to be tested. The collectors will be rotated after a specified length of time, to prevent becoming too familiar with the clients. This will eliminate the possibility of jeopardizing the integrity of the program.

All causes for testing are available to you, pre-employment, random, post accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up. All cause for testing, with the exception of random, is done on an "as need basis".

The random draw may be done by the company or agency, and then sending the donor list to Global Collections, Inc. for testing. Global Collections, Inc., may also do the random draw, in which case a complete list of all clients with identifying information, must be submitted to our company. We will draw donors from that list. A contractual agreement will decide the number of random tests done daily. The frequency of testing is also decided, i.e. bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

The specimen chain of custody will be shipped via DHL. Your company or agency will have a choice of four certified laboratories:
     1. Quest Twenty-four hours turn-around time
     2. Lab One Forty-eight hours turn-around time
     3. Kroll Forty-eight hours turn-around time
     4. ACL Twenty-four hours turn-around time

All paperwork and records will be sent to the designated individuals.
Copies of each donor's test will be forwarded to the company or agency, the MRO, and
Global Collections, Inc. will retain a copy for our file.

Global Collections, Inc. consultants will monitor our collectors regularly to maintain quality control. All collectors are in-serviced every six months to ensure that they are kept abreast of the latest and up to date federal guidelines.

Following the Federal Guidelines we test for the five categories of drugs:
1-Marijuana 2-Cocaine 3-Amphetamines 4. Opiate 5. Phencyclidine (PCP)

We will also test for any drug requested by the company or agency that is not listed above.
